AAC Partner respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the AAC Partner mobile application (“AAC Partner” or the “App”), how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

When you create and use an AAC Partner account, we may collect limited information necessary to provide and maintain the App, including:

  • User ID

  • Information you provide about your role or AAC experience level

  • Device or installation identifiers

  • App performance and diagnostic information, such as information related to crashes, errors, or technical performance

How We Use Your Information

We use this information only as necessary to operate and improve AAC Partner. This may include:

  • Creating, authenticating, and managing your account

  • Personalizing your experience within the App

Firebase and Service Providers

AAC Partner uses services provided by Google Firebase to support features such as account authentication, data storage, and application performance monitoring.

AAC Partner does not sell your personal information or use your personal information for third-party advertising.

Data Sharing

AAC Partner does not sell personal information.

We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information may be processed by service providers that support the operation and functionality of AAC Partner, such as Firebase, solely as necessary to provide those services.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your AAC Partner account and associated personal information.

When an account deletion request is completed, personal information associated with the account will be deleted except for information that we may be required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

Children’s Privacy

AAC Partner is intended for adults age 18 and older, including parents, caregivers, family members, professionals, and other communication partners supporting individuals who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

AAC Partner is not directed to children under 18, and children should not create accounts or provide personal information through the App.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to AAC Partner, our practices, or applicable requirements. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
